Crossover Instructor Course

So you are already a diving instructor and want to expand your career opportunities, this is the course for you!  Perfect for PADI Open Water Instructors looking to find more flexibility in their training system.  It is only 2 days of training to prepare you to crossover as an SSI Instructor. You will need to prepared for the course by studying the SSI system of teaching through online study.  This course is mostly theory based as you have already completed plenty of in water training as part of becoming an Instructor already.  We will spend one afternoon reviewing SSI Open Water and Stress and Rescue skills in our spacious training pool.   

Prerequisites:   

Active status Instructor from an ISO Agency

Signed Medical Statement with the last year

React Right / CPR + First Aid +Oxygen Provider course within the last 2 years

Professional Total Diving System including: a dive computer and a deployable SMB

At Manta Dive Gili Air our Professional Dive Courses and dive training programs are well run by resident SSI Instructor Trainer, Suzanne Graham.  She has been diving in the Gilis for 5 years now and has made these abundant reefs her home.  She has taught diving for over 7 years and is as keen as ever to share her knowledge and experiences to guide you into becoming a confident and professional SSI Instructor.  

During this program you will hone your in water skills, and with its successful completion you will be able to teach Open Water Courses, Advanced Adventurer, Nitrox Specialty, Perfect Buoyancy Specialty, Stress and Rescue Specialty, React Right, and Dive Guide student level courses.
