Meno Corner - All Levels

gili porcupine fishPatch Reef. Depth: 5-30 M, a 10-minute boat ride from the Dive Center. Beginner to Advanced.

Follow a gently sloping valley with small coral bommies at the edges surrounded by white sand. Home to creatures large and small, Eagle Rays can be seen sailing by while an array of reef fish also calls this site home.  This is a less explored dive site of the Gili Islands, it can offer special rewards as unique creatures can frequent the area.

Green and Hawksbill Turtles frequent this site and rest on the sloping bottom.   Divers should keep an eye off into the blue where large Spanish Mackerel, Spotted Eagle Rays, and Dog Tooth Tuna can sometimes cruise by.  It also is good for macro as Stonefish, Scorpionfish, and Lionfish also are spotted in this location.

Cruising the shallow coral fields at Meno Corner, divers can also enjoy watching Green Sea Turtles calmly grazing on sponges.  It is a good site for Try Scuba Diving and Open Water Courses as it nearly always has calm conditions even when it is rough elsewhere.

Deep Meno Corner can offer exciting dives for Advanced Adventure as there is a perfect slope dropping deep dotted with bommies to explore around.  Contact us to reserve your dive today!
